is a music professor at the National University of Uzbekistan in Tashkent. In 2009, she was awarded a prize for the "Better Practices in Communities' Intangible Cultural Heritage Revitalisation" by the UNESCO's Asia-Pacific Cultural Centre.

 Besides being a master player of the Chang, an ancient string instrument, Ms Dadadjanova is an expert in traditional musical instruments of Central Asia and an academic authority on the role of women in traditional Uzbek society – a topic she has lectured on extensively at home and abroad. For Al Ain Centre, Ms Dadadjanova is organising "Women's Voices", a concert celebrating musical knowledge handed down from mothers to daughters through the generations.
