Born in Abu Dhabi 1978  educated in London, Al Qubaisi studied at Chelsea College of Art and Design (Diploma of Foundation Studies), continued her B.A from London Guildhall University (Silversmithing, Jewellery  and Allied Crafts) and the HRD Institute of Gemology in Antwerp, Belgium. Upon completion of her studies, is continuing her M.A in cultural and creative industries in HCT-CERT Abu Dhabi, Al Qubaisi created and launched the brand Arjmst: The Arabian Workshop for Jewellery and Gemstones in Abu Dhabi.
Founded the first Gallery that specialize in designer Maker Jewellery in Dubai under the name of Voice Gallery 2007.
Azza Al Qubaisi an icon in her field successfully combines the beauty of nature, the deep rooted tradition and the awareness of present and future issues in her fabulous collections and sculptures; drawing attention to many subjects from history of the pearl diving trip represented on Angle… Tears collection, to present environmental issues represented in Sustainability collection, skillful combinations of diamond, gold, silver and other materials give each piece of art its identity and character.
As an educator and a volunteer she has founded the first NGO project in 2006 to develop and promote local handicrafts through Made In UAE shops and developed a handicraft cultural exchange program by show casing products from different parts of the world.
