Khulood is the co-founder of the Photography Department at the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage, where she worked as a fine arts teacher, then freehand drawing room official, moving later to become the Art Supervisor at the Children’s Center. She participated in many photography and fine arts exhibitions and competitions in the UAE and abroad. He work received several recognition awards, namely the Horse Competition Reward in 2009.
